Oh Yeah, the Video!!

Our big leaf peeping day!  We hit Route 215, 

the Parkway and Route 276.  

It was a little cloudy but we 

still had a fine time.  

Somehow, pics never show the 

spectacular fall colors, 

but that didn't keep us from trying.  

We ended the day with Chinese buffet!

Jam Fest II

I got some videos of the dancers at the Jam Fest.  

These kids are so much fun to watch.

We've been watching this kid for three years now.

Three years ago, he was in another 

world when he danced.

He's very good, but more 

aware of his surroundings now.  

In this next one, watch for

Jam Fest

Finally, I'm posting the pics from the fest !!!!  

The Jam Fest is a bluegrass jam put on by the 

FCCA (Fines Creek Community Association).  

This year, it was on August 27th and 28th and 

was a great success.  

We had Raymond Fairchild as the main attraction.  

The funnel cake was an attraction too !!   

Please be sure to look far enough to see the 

little kid who loved to dance.

in the school house and painted and donated
by our local artist, Susan Livingood.....dubbed
"artist in residence" by Karen.  Susan
is fabulous.  She has her studio
in the school (community center).
